Projekt Evaluation of diagnostic efficacy of PET\/CT with the use of 18F-PSMA in different subtypes of breast cancer in comparison to the standard PET\/CT using 18F-FDG, finansowany przez Agencj\u0119 Bada\u0144 Medycznych w ramach konkursu nr ABM\/2024\/2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ca\u0142kowita warto\u015b\u0107 projektu: 5 710 917,16 z\u0142<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Numer umowy o dofinansowanie: 2024\/ABM\/02\/00012-00<br>Numer projektu: 2024\/ABM\/02\/00012<br>Okres realizacji projektu: 01.07.2025 do 01.07.2031<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celem projektu jest zbadanie r\u00f3\u017cnic w poziomach ekspresji PSMA in vivo w r\u00f3\u017cnych podtypach raka piersi za pomoc\u0105 obrazowania PET oraz in vitro przy u\u017cyciu immunohistochemii. Projekt zak\u0142ada r\u00f3wnie\u017c por\u00f3wnanie skuteczno\u015bci obrazowania PET\/CT przy u\u017cyciu [18F]PSMA-1007 z obecnym standardem, [18F]FDG PET\/CT, w poszczeg\u00f3lnych podtypach raka piersi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Badanie obejmie 120 pacjentek z trzema podtypami raka piersi: luminalnym, HER2-dodatnim oraz potr\u00f3jnie ujemnym. Ka\u017cda pacjentka zostanie poddana dw\u00f3m badaniom obrazowym: [18F]PSMA-1007 PET\/CT oraz [18F]FDG PET\/CT. Ponadto ekspresja PSMA zostanie przeanalizowana w pr\u00f3bkach tkanek pochodz\u0105cych z ognisk pierwotnych i przerzutowych z wykorzystaniem immunohistochemii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wyniki uzyskane przy u\u017cyciu [18F]PSMA-1007 PET\/CT b\u0119d\u0105 por\u00f3wnywane z wynikami [18F]FDG PET\/CT w oparciu o r\u00f3\u017cne wska\u017aniki, a wzorce ekspresji PSMA zostan\u0105 ocenione zar\u00f3wno in vivo, jak i in vitro w r\u00f3\u017cnych podtypach raka piersi.
